We pack each order with great care and attention to ensure safe delivery. Shrimp are double bagged with a little hornwort or moss added for the shrimp to cling to whilst travelling. Snails are sent securely packed between layers of cotton pads in plastic containers.

We post out between Monday-Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

    Once boxed the delivery is marked as ‘Live Animals’ and sent via Royal Mail 24 service.
