This is the food I use in my aquariums on a daily basis. I was finding that I was using varied foods on alternate days but it was becoming a faff so decided to combine them all together and its so much easier. I use all the top quality brands such as Hakari, Fluval & Glasgarten. This food combined with some quality veggies and great water quality is how I produce beautiful snails and forever breeding shrimp.
Based on a 100l reasonably stocked aquarium feed a good pinch 5 days out 7 (can vary depending how well stocked your aquarium is).
